4. Pricing & Payments

4.1. All prices displayed on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

4.3. Payments must be made using accepted methods such as cash on delivery, bank transfer, card payments, or other methods indicated at checkout.
4.4. Orders will be confirmed only after payment verification (if prepaid).

5. Orders & Delivery

5.1. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
5.2. Delivery timelines vary based on location (usually 2–10 working days).
5.3. Tap N Grab is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events.
5.4. Delivery charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

6.1. Returns, replacements, and refunds will be handled strictly according to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6.2. A parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims. Without this, no request can be processed.
6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Cancellations

7.1. Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
7.2. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
7.3. Tap N Grab reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase value of the product

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
